The first day began with a welcoming of all trainees and trainers. Then many actions and orientations followed in order to give the newcomers a good insight in the “inside-schülke”. To get to know each other, as well as for teambuilding, we took a trip to the beautiful village Mözen.

After an adventurous canoe tour on the Trave, we had a barbecue dinner at the Mözen lake. After the first week was over, it was obvious that schülke had a new strong trainee team. The newcomers already feel comfortable and look forward to a nice corporate training period.
