On Friday, 28th October 2011, there will be a seminar “microbiology in fuel” in cooperation with the Technical University of Oil and Gas in Ploiesti/ Romania. This seminar will be held by Mrs Brigitte Thut, laboratory assistant in the schülke research & development department, and Mrs Quyen Ziegann, product manager for fuel biocides at schülke.

The aim is to give the participants an overview about microbiology and the consequences of microbes in fuel. Starting with the basics in microbiology, the best practice will be explained and some onsite test methods will be demonstrated live to the participants as well. A short summary of the seminar and a future outlook will close this seminar with additional time for discussions and questions.
