Schülke & Mayr has opened its professional Technical Center Asia Pacific in Shanghai, China. It is schülke´s first microbial technical center outside of Europe focused on providing technical support to regional customers in Asia Pacific. This service includes Total Viable Count (TVC), germ count reduction tests, in-can challenge tests, analytical services, plant audits, in-house trainings and other versatile functions according to schülke´s comprehensive MQM concept.

The opening ceremony was celebrated on November 22th, 2011 in Shanghai. This new Technical Center contributes to the leading position of schülke in hygiene and preservation in the strategic market of Asia Pacific.

Microbiological Quality Management (MQM) is not only a matter of eliminating the risk of infections for people, but also of protecting products and equipment from contaminations. The new Technical Center in China will enable a fast and professional service to optimize processes and product quality to customers according to MQM requirements. The Technical Center is an important step for schülke´s business expansion in the Asia Pacific region. It will strongly demonstrate schülke’s professional image and commitment to the strategic Asia Pacific Region.
