Our company principles are a binding framework for all employees – irrespective of position and function.

 

They are of equal importance and form the umbrella for our basic aims and strategies. They serve as a benchmark and guideline for our day-to-day work.

 

Full and open commitment to the following company principles and guidelines is the foundation of our international company culture.

Our Mission is the worldwide fight against diseases and contaminations before they emerge.

 

For the benefit and advantage of our customers, employees and owners, we offer innovative technologies, products and services, in the selected sectors of hygiene and special preservation.

General Statement
We manufacture our products in accordance with advanced, safe and environmentally friendly processes, maintaining high standards of quality and in so doing accept our social responsibility.

 

We comply with all laws and regulations, notably the rules on freedom of competition, and prohibit corruption in any form.

 

Quality is fully understood and adhered within the scope of Total Quality Management (TQM). For us, quality is fulfilment of the expectations and demands of our customers, taking costs, time, occupational safety, environmental management, leadership and cooperation into account.

 

In all areas of our thinking and actions we strive for constant improvement.
