Thanks to its broad microbiocidal effect spectrum and its
excellent compatibility with materials, gigasept® is suitable
for all areas in hospital and practices where thermostable or
thermolabile instruments require disinfection (e.g. surgery,
anaesthesia, wards, etc.).
Its chemical composition makes gigasept® especially suitable
for disinfection of flexible endoscopes.
gigasept® has also been tested for use in ultrasonic devices
(in type Sonorex RK 102).

active ingredient basis: high-quality aldehydes
effective against bacteria (incl. TBB), fungi, viruses (DVV* test viruses as well as HBV and HIV), and spores
stock solution lifetime 14 days, even with serum load
suitable for use in ultrasonic devices
