The team members in our personal development division are the people to contact for anything to do with further training, courses, personal development and professional prospects. We see our main task as ensuring the optimum balance between the personnel-related development needs of the company and the employees‘ potential. In what areas can you best unlock your strengths? Organising and conducting regular feedback talks, which we consider important and trend-setting motivators, is also one of our constant tasks in the process.
We also attach great importance to promoting the next generation of managers. Early passing on responsibility – for us, this means: give strong support to up-and-coming managers, always be there at their side, provide experienced guidance, tailor-made coaching, training and workshops. To do this, we rely on our schülke in-house training as well as on programmes and events in collaboration with our parent company Air Liquide. From this extensive range, we select what we believe is the right course of action for the employee in question and what will prove most effective.
