Fields of Application
Before applying thermosept® NKP, make sure that the items to be cleaned and reprocessed are acid-resistant.
thermosept® NKP is suitable for use in all common washer/disinfectors and multichamber waher/disinfectors.
Instructions for use
Dosage:
For neutralisation after alkaline cleaning: 0.1 - 0.2 % (1 - 2 ml/l). Dosing is performed by machine-integrated dosing pumps.
Basic cleaning of instruments and machine interiors:
- as an acidic pre-cleaner: 0.2 - 2 % (2 - 20 ml/l)
- basic cleaning of instruments and machine interiors: approx. 4 %, (40 ml/l)
- as a cleaner in a manual immersion bath: approx. 4 %, (40 ml/l)
thermosept® NKP is not suitable for coloured metals, chromium plated parts and anodized aluminium.
Please make sure that the items to be cleaned, the machine and the drains are acid resistant.
Using demineralised water for final rinsing is recommended and improves the rinsing result.
thermosept® NKP can be used in washer/disinfectors and multi-chamber washer/disinfectors.
