Product Profile

MICROSHIELD® Blue is an Alcohol-based hand rub containing propanol with rapid and effective broad spectrum antimicrobial protection without the need for water. Developed specifically for the hospital and healthcare market, MICROSHIELD® Blue offers rapid surgical hand antisepsis in a skin friendly formulation that supports frequent use.

Instructions for use

  • Hygienic Hand Disinfection - Rub MICROSHIELD® Blue well over clean, dry hands and nail grooves for 30 secs
  • Surgical Hand Disinfection - Rub MICROSHIELD® Blue well over clean, dry hands, nail grooves & up to the elbow for 90 secs

Special advice

Always read the label and use only as directed.

  • For external use only. Keep out of eyes and ears. Do not swallow.
  • Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, immediately flush with water.
  • Discontinue use if skin irritation or redness develops.
  • Do not mix with detergents and other chemicals.
  • Do not use after the expiry date.
