dialox™ is used in the chemical disinfection program of hemodialysis machines and water treatment units for simultaneous disinfection and decalcification.
dialox™ is ready to use and no activation step is needed. The proportions are automatically calculated and diluted by the machines. Please follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the dialysis equipment, e.g. 1/25 or 1/35 at 20°C or 37°C).
The rinse process has to be controlled in accordance with the operating instructions of the respective dialysis machine/ water treatment unit manufacturer by the use of peroxide or peracetic acid test strips. The instructions for use of the test strips must be followed. Concentration of dialox™ in the circuits could be detected with conductivity property (depending of equipment of dialysis machine - see instructions of use of machine).

Composition:
100 g concentrate contains the following active substances:
0.4% peracetic acid [CAS N° 79-21-0]
6.9% hydrogen peroxide [CAS N° 7722-84-1]
4.6% acetic acid [CAS N° 64-19-7]
