If you have identified a product issue or experienced an adverse product effect, please let us know - even if the product was not used as intended. 

We take our responsibility of providing quality products very seriously and we rely on feedback from customers and users to let us know if something is not quite right or needs improvement.

We are also legally bound to clarify suspected cases of adverse effects and if necessary, report them to the relevant authorities such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia or Medsafe in New Zealand.  For this purpose, all personal contact information and other information that could be used for identification will be de-identified upon entry into our database, in accordance with legal requirements. 

Please speak to your doctor regarding your further treatment and possible measures to be taken. If necessary, you can fill out the report form together with your attending doctor.
