schülke celebrates International Women's Day 2023

Today is the day on which many companies demonstrate their commitment to equality: International Women's Day! Under this year's motto 'EmbraceEquity', the aim is to draw attention to the inequalities that still exist between the sexes. We are also taking this as an opportunity to see how schülke is doing with equal opportunities.

‍What is the current situation at schülke?

Around 41% women and 59% men work at schülke worldwide (as of December 2022).

What are our goals?

Over the next seven years, we want to achieve the following:

  • by 2025: a 42% share of women.
  • by 2030: a 50% share of women.

In line with the Diversity Charter, we at schülke have defined a wide range of measures in our strategic diversity roadmap up to 2025 to make our diversity visible, promote it and make use of it.

One of the core elements of this is to increase equal opportunities for women and strengthen the proportion of women in the company. You can read about the specific measures we have initiated to achieve our goals in our Sustainability Report. Click here for the report.

️Today we are launching our Women Roundtable. We introduced it to give our female colleagues a platform to network and exchange ideas - both nationally and internationally. How great that so many of you joined us today!
