Paul joined schülke, almost two years ago and is responsible for ensuring we have sufficient stock to fulfil customer orders on time and in full, whilst keeping stock levels sufficiently low to maximise cashflow. It’s a delicate balance which makes each day a challenge.

She has seen a lot of changes in the business during her time at schülke and is responsible for the operations team as well as the HR function within the UK. Nicola is able to draw on her vast experience in customer services to ensure the UK provides it's customers with a high class and professional experience every time.
