Fields of Application

thermosept® ER has been specifically developed for the automated cleaning of flexible endoscopes and medical devices in washer-disinfectors (WD) and automated endoscope reprocessors (AER). thermosept® ER is pH-neutral and particularly compatible with sensitive materials incl. anodized aluminium. thermosept® ER is suitable for use in WD/AER of all leading manufacturers, including Belimed, BHT, Getinge, Miele, Olympus, Steelco, Steris and Wassenburg. thermosept® ER is compatible with the disinfectant component thermosept® ED.

Instructions for use

Dosage:
Standard concentration:
0.5 % (5 ml/l); 5 min.; 45 °C
Dosage and cleaning time depending on the level of soiling:

0.4 % - 0.6 % (4 - 6 ml/l); 5 - 10 min.; 35 °C - 55 °C.

Flexible endoscopes and additional endoscopic equipment can be disinfected by using thermosept® ED after cleaning step, both products are compatible. The use of demineralised water is recommended.

Labelling according to Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004:
5 - 15 % non-ionic surfactants, enzymes. Contains Alkylpolyethylen-glycol-polybutylen-glycolether. Other ingredients: solubilising agents, corrosion inhibitors.
