thermodent® alka clean is suitable for the efficent cleaning and reprocessing of dental instruments, MIC instruments, containers, trays, handpieces and angle pieces. thermodent® alka clean is suitable for use in all common washers/disinfectors (WD).
Use concentration: thermodent® alka clean is used in the following proportions: Standard recommendation: 0.5 % (5 ml/l), depending on level of soiling: 0.4 - 1 % (4 - 10 ml/l) possible. Cleaning time approx. 5 - 10 min. at 40 - 65 °C (standard temp. 55 °C)
Application tips: the rinsing results could improved by using demineralized water and adding thermodent® clear to the final rinse. Following the cleaning step, it is advisable to neutralize with thermodent® neutralizer to prevent the entrainment of alkaline residues.
The product is proportioned by the machine's own dosing pumps.
Labelling according to regulation (EC) No. 648/2004:
< 5 % nonionic surfactants, < 5 % anionic surfactants, < 5 % NTA and its salts, < 5 % polycarboxylates, enzymes, < 5 % NTA (nitrilotriaceticacid) and salts thereof.
Other ingredients: solubilizer, corrosion inhibitor.

Please check material compatibility of alkaline sensitive materials (e.g. anodized aluminium) before use. Do not mix product concentate with other chemicals.
