thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is a non-foaming, liquid alkaline power cleaner for the automatic and semi-automatic cleaning via CIP and COP, via circulation, spraying or via flooding of machines and containers.
The product has excellent cleaning effectiveness for metal tile, plastic, glass, stone and concrete surfaces.
thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is suitable for use with cleaning and disinfection devices, conveyor belt systems and tunnel washers.
thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is free of phosphates, surfactants, colorants and perfume additives.
thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is especially suitable for use in the following industries:

Food Industry
Powerful removal of fat, protein, oil and other food residue. For cleaning of boxes, barrels, buckets, tanks, vessels, ice machines, pipes and filling lines.
Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Industry
Powerful removal of blood, serum and protein and culture media residues. For cleaning of reactors, fermenters, tanks, pipes, mixers, centrifuges and granulators. Also suitable for cleaning of laboratory glassware .
Cosmetic Industry
Powerful removal of emulsions, ointments and other fatty cosmetic product residue. For cleaning of tanks, pipes, sample containers and filling lines.
Other industries
In Industrial laundry for cleaning of transport trollies.

Instructions for use

Ideal concentration, temperature and contact time should be established by practical tests.
thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is typically used at a concentration of at least 0,3 - 1 %.
Conductivity measurements can be used to check the concentration in-process. The conductivity data at various temperatures / concentrations is available upon request.
Following product application all surfaces should be rinsed with water of at least drinking water quality. The use solution of thermosept® Kraftreiniger A is temperature stable and can be used at temperatures up to 94 °C.

Special advice

Following the cleaning with thermosept® Kraftreiniger A it is recommended to rinse with acidic thermosept® citro S to prevent the carry-over of alkaline residue.
If the product is used on glass or eloxated aluminum surfaces their resistance to alkaline pH should first be checked.
