On April 27, 2023, the "Girls' and Boys' Day - Future Day" took place at schülke in Norderstedt. After a three-year break due to the pandemic, we opened our doors again this year for 11 students. Our colleagues showed how diverse the professions at schülke are and how we work. The students were also able to gain practical experience and get to know the day-to-day work of chemical technicians and mechatronics engineers.

The "Girls' and Boys' Day - Future Day" - which took place on April 27 this year - is a nationwide day of action for gender-sensitive career guidance.
In addition to providing basic career guidance, Future Day is intended to help expand the traditional, gender-specific spectrum of possible professions for girls and boys. After all, knowing a wide range of professions makes it easier to make a choice.
